How is the shawl powered?
It plugs into a USB power source through a USB Type-C connection, such as a portable power bank or a USB wall charger. The power source is not included; you can add a power bank above or use one you already own.
How long does it stay warm?
The shawl has no built-in battery, so run time depends on the power bank you use and the heat level you pick. A larger power bank and a lower setting last longer.
How many heat settings are there?
Three heat levels, switched with the control button on the front.
What size is it?
About 150 × 80 cm (59 × 31.5 in). Zip it up and wear it as a shawl or cape, or open it flat as a lap blanket.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in the United States 7–15 business days after shipping. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What if it arrives damaged or never arrives?
Email us with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged) and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us the same way.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
